The former NT Children’s Commissioner Dr. Howard Bath says a succession of governments have known about the abuse of Aboriginal children in custody such as Darwin’s Don Dale Juvenile Detention Centre and should have acted long ago.  He talks to CAAMA’s Paul Wiles.
